Head Chef of The Bell at Selsley, Mark Payne has shared his recipe for delicious Tortellini of Braised Wagyu Shin - one of the great hits from our Wagyu and Wine evening. Served at the dinner atop a delicious seared sirloin of Wagyu beef, this flavour-packed Tortellini is also perfect as a starter.
