COTSWOLD WAGYU RIB GOES TO NATIONAL COMPETITION
Countryside Live, taking place at the Great Yorkshire Showground (21 & 22 October) showcases some of the best our countryside has to offer. Alongside the range of trade stands, attractions and livestock competitions, a tasting hub gives visitors the chance to learn more about local food and what the country has to offer. And talking of taste, a new feature of this year's show is the Royal Smithfield Club's Festival of Meat with competitive classes for Ribs of Beef, Saddles of Lamb & Wagyu Beef. Wagyu Beef Ribs are judged on appearance before a shortlist is tasted for the ultimate prize.
We think our Cotswold Wagyu Rib looks pretty special, so fingers crossed for a good result!
