Raised on the lush Cotswold pasture of our family farm, Cotswold Wagyu enjoy a good healhty diet and plenty of fresh air. Using traditional and patient farming methods we believe we produce a naturally superior and great British beef. 

What is

WAGYU?

Long considered a 'national treasure' in Japan, Wagyu beef is renowned worldwide for its intense marbling, delicious 'melt in the mouth' texture and distinct flavour. Less than 20 years since the first home-bred Wagyu became available in Britain, a select group of farmers - like us at Cotswold Wagyu - are determined to ensure the beef's provenance and reputation among the finest and most tender tasting available.
